Want to play god? Its rather easy. All you have to do is get to Home Depot and pick up the necessary supplies. In this video, Photographer Jay P. Morgan (Yes, his name is J.P. Morgan) shows us how to create rain for an outdoor photo shoot. The resulting pictures are very convincing. This is a project to file under, “I can do that too!” for a summer weekend!
